27 meeting of the RCC Commission on informatization was held on 3 April 2012 in Astana (Kazakhstan).
In the meeting of the RCC Commission took part representatives of the administration of communication of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Moldova, and Russian Federation and the RCC Executive Committee.
Greeted the participants of the meeting addressed the head of the Department of Information and Protection of Information Resources Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tileubekov G.U.
Meeting was chaired by the RCC Commission on Informatization, director of public policy in the creation and development of e-Government Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications of Russian Federation Lipov A. U.
In the framework of the meeting attendees got acquainted with the process of creation in the countries participants of the RCC of the e-government implementation in this connection, the inter-Agency electronic interaction as well as with the various mechanisms of the access of citizens to obtain services in the electronic form.
The participants of the meeting of the Commission noted that the challenges of international integration of the RCC participants ' countries require provision of the conditions for the exchange of protected electronic documents. Therefore, the recognition of electronic documents of legal significance in cross-border exchange of information will increase the efficiency of cooperation of the RCC. In this regard, key issues in the Agenda for the meeting were: the creation of cross-border space on the basis of trust on the Internet in the CIS member states, as well as the development of an integrated system of external and mutual trade.
Entrance of the meeting were also discussed formation of the basic organization of the CIS in the field of ICT, interdepartmental and institutional arrangements for establishing a national electronic resource on the example of the Presidential Library.
